The image above is an aerial photo from 2016 showing the access to the property. As can be seen in the picture, there is an access road in the north, where the two apartments in the condominium are located, as well as from the east, and in connection with the parking lot at the south end of the property.
The image above is an aerial photo from 2022 showing that the access to the property from the north has been removed and that a lawn has been laid and blocked with kerbs to prevent vehicle access.
Here is one of the parking signs right after I put it up in the summer of 2013.
Here is "our" access road as it appeared in 2019. When we bought our apartments, it was "freshly graveled" and not characterized by decay as it is here. But this is how it became as time went on, since Hanne Sine Andresen, after taking over the commercial section of the condominium, has used her majority of votes to block any suggestion to properly maintain it in the same way as the rest of the common areas.
This is how both signs looked on January 7, 2021, I'm not sure why this was done, but it certainly feels like harassment!
Here is Hanne Sine Andresen in "action" right after her "friend" from back then had cut down the actual sign plates using an angle grinder. I don't have any pictures of that particular incident because it literally boiled over in my head, so I had to take a walk along the lake to avoid ending up in the same place with a baseball bat...
Here's Hanne Sine Andresen in the same situation, I'm not sure what the green stuff in her hands is or what she's doing with it.
Again a picture from the same situation, it almost looks as if Hanne Sine Andresen is trying to dig up the sign foundation. She couldn't do that anyway, because it was only done by the contractor she hired to remove the access road a few days later.
Here we see how "someone" has blocked "our" access road by putting up chains between the two sign posts that remain after Hanne Sine Andresen, with the help of her "friend", had committed vandalism. Because that's actually what you call it when someone deliberately destroys someone else's property.
Here we were to be further harassed, so "someone" had blocked "our" access road with several loads of soil. It's not hard to guess who did this, even though I didn't see it being done myself.
Then comes the day when a contractor comes and removes "our" access road and replaces it with lawn and curbs, obviously at the behest of Hanne Sine Andresen, who was "hiding" behind a tree when I took this photo. She even had the nerve to serve coffee and baked goods to the contractor, using my good neighbor's entrance slab as a serving table. When we were also forced to help pay for this, since the costs were subsequently charged to the condominium, and by that the abuse was complete.
On the far left of the picture, we can see the contractor carrying away the foundation for one of the sign posts after digging it up. In the middle of the picture we see Hanne Sine Andresen inspecting the work she has started. She was probably happy at the time, but I'm not sure if she is as happy at the time of writing this.
Notes: The images posted here are my own. I have tried to the best of my ability to obscure random passers-by who were included in the photos, as well as the identity of the contractor who is obviously not part of this conflict and who is only performing the job he was hired to do.
